Our set dates are every 2nd Wednesday of the month and most final Saturdays i.e. October, November, January, February - we hope committing to these dates up until Easter will make it easier to remember when they take place. Do put the dates in your diaries. And if you would like to volunteer to help, we would love to hear from you!

Kings Nympton Community Café has relaunched under new management! Our thanks to Lorraine Pailthorpe for all she did to get the idea set up!
Our overall aim remains the same: ‘To create a relaxing space accessible to the community where people can drop in and meet others on a regular basis.
We have listened to feedback and have many new ideas.
We have a new menu with cooked breakfasts, and much more at every café. There is a new price list! We will have outside tables at each café where dog walkers and their doggy friends will be very welcome, though they might get wet if the weather is not kind.

The idea of creating a space for people in the village and beyond to meet over a great coffee and a slice of cake or a light meal has been gathering pace for some time - we wanted to make 2022 the year that it took shape.
The idea of creating a permanent and dedicated space was over-ambitious, but the Parish Council encouraged us to run a trial period, which we did with the much appreciated support of the Parish Hall.
We ran pop up cafes twice a month to gauge demand for something more permanent. They were really well supported, and with a new lease of life we are going to be continuing for as long as there is the demand.
