Dear Parish Councillors, September has been another exceptionally busy month. Major developments around South West Water, the continuing suspension of birthing services at North Devon District Hospital, and the sudden pause in Local Government Reorganisation have required significant attention, while there has finally been tangible progress on two of the long-running A377 landslips. Alongside this I have continued my work on Health and Adult Care Scrutiny, Children's Scrutiny
